After school today we went and picked up your very first pair of glasses. You have been excited to pick them up and try them on so you can go show everyone. Well the excitement lasted until we got in the car and you immediately took them off. When I asked why you told me that you were embarrassed by wearing glasses. I must say you look absolutely adorable in them so you have no need to be embarrassed in any way. They make you look so smart and cute. Hopefully it won't be a big deal after you have worn them for a few days. Always remember to be proud of who you are and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.
